For the love of bandana: Tzy Panchak debuts new style
Is this the new face of men’s beauty in Cameroon? Singer and songwriter, Tzy Panchak could be resurrecting an old fashion trend once made popular by late rap icon, Tupac Shakur – the bandana – for men his age. But the question is should others follow suit?
Panchak is known for his phenomenal lyrics and exceptional delivery tactics but placing him as a fashion forward star could be a bit worrisome. However, whenever we think of him as the guy who is all about himself, what he likes and wants, we could be wrong.
The “Stay With Me” crooner celebrated his birthday on February 27 and did not only promise to release a new song – Super Woman – for all the women celebrating the International Womens’ Day on March 8, he also released new photos!
Panchak teams up with celebrity photographer Njinkeng Asonganyi to help him explore his new sense of style – with the bandana! The singer wears them in different colors and uses them to accessorize his new look which is made up of casual jeans, crisp shirts and printed jackets.
Maybe fashion met comfort but we also think it’s a place where fashion meets a risky personality and ooh-boy did it work out just fine. Those pictures had nothing to do with a “ngueme situation” but the additional bandanas showed a young man more comfortable in his own skin, ready to take fashion risks and more confident than ever.
“My style is my style, not yours. If you don’t like it, move on,” Panchak tells us.
When asked if the head bandana is his new style, the singer referred us to other top international male music stars who have done it before him… “Ask Wizkid, Burna Boy, Chris Brown and lots.” We think what he means is, if they could do it, why can’t I also wear a bandana on a suit?
Guys, are you digging this new fashion statement for men?
