Fredy Manyongo nominated for Model of the Year at Men’s Fashion Week Nigeria 2017
Popular Cameroonian male model Fredy Manyongo has been nominated as “Model of the Year” (International) at this year’s Men’s Fashion Week Nigeria (MFWN).
This is Fredy Manyongo‘s first nomination for the MFWN and a close source says, the model is very excited.

Manyongo will be going head-to-head with Victor Ndingwe (Nigeria), Ronald Agbazagan (Rep. of Benin), Kheran Chatry (Ivory Coast) and Stephen Owusu (Ghana).
This is not the first big nomination for the famous Cameroonian runway king. Back in 2016, Manyongo won Best Model at the Festival de la Mode et du Mannequinat Africain (FESMMA) in Benin and has since been representing Cameroon at both national and international pageants.

Manyongo also made headlines in June 2017 when he dropped a naked photo on his Instagram; generating a major backlash on social media. The model later deleted the picture and apologized to his 3,160 fans.
The Men’s Fashion Week Nigeria 2017 has 14 categories and is scheduled to hold as from October 13 – 15 , 2017 in Lagos, Nigeria.
