Chef Ali plans charity car wash event to raise funds for orphans
Celebrity chef and rapper, Chef Ali has launched a campaign to help raise funds for orphans through a special car wash event to be organized in Buea on November 10.
With their real parents gone, most orphans turn to suffer from lack of love, self confidence, proper education, ill health, poor sanitary conditions and are likely forced to abide by “unfamiliar” rules of guardians and sometimes, most loose their lives due to lack of self love.
Chef Ali (real name, Ali Balla) wants to step up to give hope to these underprivileged kids. He is calling on his friends and colleagues in the industry to come out for a special Car Wash activity at Mini Couquet, Bonduma on November 10 to raise some money for orphans in Buea.
“This means a lot to me. Its bad enough to lose your parents as a kid but going through poor sanitary conditions and sometimes no education is horrible. AS a child, i wanted everything.. so to even think that there are kids who have nothing or can’t even afford good education and hygiene breaks my heart,” Ali Balla tells us exclusively.
“Orphanages are really doing their best to help these underprivileged kids but I can’t blame them for not putting in their 200%. There are so many children for just a woman and 4 members of her staff to handle. This is why I and my friends have decided to provide any kind of help,” the ‘Bang Bang’ hit maker adds.
Feel free to join Chef Ali and his friends at a special ‘Car Wash for Charity’ at Mini Coquette, Bonduma on November 10 to “add a little hope to an orphan”.
