Niki Heat model Adamma Bazil represents Cameroon at Miss Africa 2017
Cameroonian top model, Adamma Bazil is off to Calabar, Nigeria for the Miss Africa 2017 beauty pageant.
The famous Niki Heat model set off for her Naija trip today, Friday (December 8) with the hope to bring home the prestigious beauty crown. Adamma is the second Cameroonian model to participate at the beauty pageant after Foje Jencey.
Participants from across Africa will contest for the 2nd edition of #MissAfrica2017 crown scheduled to hold on Wednesday, December 27th at the Calabar International Convention Center (CICC), Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria at the eve to the Calabar Carnival, considered Africa’s biggest street party.
30 participants across Africa will hope to win not only the prestigious crown, but also 50,000 US dollars and a brand new SUV by combining beauty and brains to propose new ways to reduce the effect of climate change and migration on the environment.
This year’s theme, ‘Climate Change; a tool for sustainable development’ seeks to crown a queen who will become the Ambassador on Climate Change in Africa. She’ll be expected to spread the word, educate people and teach practical ways that we all can collectively help reduce the adverse effects of climate change and create new ways to handle #migration across the globe.
