Lagos Fashion Week 2018: Nigerian Stylist Olayinka Sanusi brings yellow suit to the black carpet
If there’s someone you would love to swap wardrobes with, its certainly Nigerian stylist, model and style blogger Olayinka Sanusi. She came to the Lagos Fashion Week 2018 on October 25 dripping in a super hot yellow suit and we love it!
There’s absolutely no doubt that Olayinka Sanus, CEO of Styled by FG isn’t afraid to try out bold looks or colors and going by her stunning neon suit at Day 2 of the Lagos Fashion Week (#LFW2018), she stepped on the black carpet to turn heads and make a statement.
Many of her fans refer to her as the “queen slayer” which immediately makes us think wardrobe goals. Going by her Instagram handle, @styledbyfg, Olayinka plays with colors and loves outfits that print out her tiny curvy physique.
For Day 2 of the #LFW2018, the celebrity stylist went for a pop of yellow! She rocked a bright colored suit, which is a perennial summer favorite as its super flattering against sun kissed skin.
Yinka paired her self-designed suit with a brown lace tank top by TopShop, multiple bracelets and rings plus a Michael Kors wrist watch and a super trendy pair of shades. The stylist also held onto a black and gold colored Toke Makinwa luxury bag to add to her elegance.
Yinka’s outfit wouldn’t have been complete without heels and the model went for a golden River Island strappy sandals to provide her with a perfect stature.
“I didn’t want to go with the usual looks for a fashion week. I chose this yellow suit because it suits the season… I ditched a pair of sneakers for a pair of sandals because I just had to be different,” Olayinka explained her look to us as her long braids swept back from her face.
Yinka‘s head-to-toe look might be only for the fashion brave but you can easily dip into the trend with a sporty neon top or accessories or… why not pair it with a white pair of trainers/sneakers!!???
