Music producer, Akwandor has found his mini him!
The popular beat maker says he’s found the young artist he’s been looking for… to train and turn into a superstar.
At the video launch of Snazzy‘s latest video, ‘Je Ne Ment Pas‘ in Limbe, Akwandor aka Blaise B announced he’s interested in working with an upcoming artist named, Vivid after watching the talented singer deliver a thrilling performance at the show.
“I’ve always been looking for a singer, someone to work with and someone I can train to be greater than even myself and I believe I just found him,” Akwandor said at the event before walking towards Vivid for a handshake and a hug.
Vivid is a young singer, based in Buea and signed to the Limbe-based music label, Neat and Mani Records. The label is owned by ManiFresh who is also a singer and one time manager to Blaise B.
No further announcements have been made since that night in Limbe but our source tells us, both teams are currently working on a contract that will suit both Akwandor and Vivid’s label.
Akwandor’s move to sign a new artist comes only a few weeks after his label mate, Mr. Leo announced he has signed fast rising singer, Gomez.
