Cameroonian male model, Anthony Morfaw is under fire from friends, fans and family after announcing his own death on his Facebook wall on June 19.

The young model, who currently resides in Bamenda took to his Facebook wall, Monday evening announcing he had passed away few minutes prior to his post after suffering from a “slight headache”.

Morfaw, who posted as his supposed wife, Angelica Morfaw ( his sister’s name), went ahead to say he had a painless and peaceful death and even described his passing  as “untimely”.

A close family friend to the model tells us Morfaw could be suffering from ‘deep’ depression and frustration due to a failed career and pressure to succeed in the modeling business.

“Since he went to South Africa and came back, he has not only changed a whole lot but he’s been acting strange. We don’t seem to understand him anymore,” our source tells us.

“We are scared for him and this post just tells me, Tony is not doing well,” adds the source.

Friends, fans and family to the model have been reacting to his bizarre post with many expressing anger rather than concern.
