Singer Blaise B roasted on social media for calling fans noise makers

Cameroonian singer, Blaise B is facing heavy backslash after calling his fans ‘bunch of noise makers’ on social media on Thursday, October 11.

The singer was responding to criticisms on his latest single, ‘We Need Peace‘ which features fellow label mates, Mr. Leo and Salatiel as well as other top Cameroonian urban artists.

Apparently, fans slammed the song for not targeting the major problem young people are facing in Cameroon at the moment. According to some of them, the peace theme song is been dropped at the wrong time when Cameroon is seeking for justice instead.

Others claimed the artists waited for the elections to be over before releasing a song which talks on the unjustified deaths of hundreds of young Cameroonians in the South West and North West Regions. An act which has been going on for almost two years. Why didn’t they speak on peace last year?

However, it was Blaise B‘s comment, calling his own fans noise makers that drew the most attention and hate messages from the same people ‘who made him’. Fans comments went from asking him to keep his mouth shut to insulting his level of success.

That wasn’t all. Fans also blasted the artists appearances in the video of the peace song after behind-the-scene pictures of the shoot landed online Thursday afternoon. Most fans said female artists like Daphne, Blanche Bailly and Nabila were dressed inappropriately for a song about peace for a country languishing in poor socio-economic and political reforms.

Clearly Blaise B didn’t find these comments funny.. especially the ones questioning why a peace song only after the elections or after two years of violence in one region of the country.
