Cameroonian singer Ewube drops new video, ‘Cherie Coco’
It’s Ewube and she’s back with a new song and video, Cherie Coco.
Ewube is making her first major impact in 2019 with the visuals to her new song, Cherie Coco and boy is she doing it in style.
The singer lastly enjoyed the limelight with the single ‘On Melange’ back in June 2018. A song she says was a turn around to her music career. Ewube separated from her investor last year while still maintaining her label. Her music career saw a downward turn as she struggled to stay afloat.
‘On Melange’ was released after ‘Stay‘, a duet with Cameroon’s sweetheart, Locko but Ewube wasn’t so satisfied with the response from the public.
Miss Ewube is now out with a new one – ‘Cherie Coco’ – a song which doesn’t sound like her signature dancehall tunes but embodies the rich commercial and popular Afrobeat rhythm. The pretty singer dishes out melody and strong vocals on the lyrics but its her fashion statements in the video that’s drawing so much attention.
A bright yellow wig, sexy makeup, grass green body hugging dress which hugs all her curves in the right places, a loose white shirt and floral shorts are some of the looks we can’t get enough of. Ewube kept her fashion fresh, modern and stylish and could see her on Most Stylish Female Artists in 2019 lists.
Her vocals and fashion sense aren’t the only things to be talked about. The Omega Records star borrowed her former Best Music label mate, Tzy Panchak to be a love interest in the Adah Akenji directed video. Wait, did El Chako propose to Ewube? What did he put on her finger?
