Makon has just blessed the Cameroonian music industry with a song we just can’t get out of our heads. ‘Mariya’ features singer, Mimie.

Makon brings back the  sound from the old  as he features Empire Company female star, Mimie on this Makossa Afrobeat tune themed, ‘Mariya’.

This song introduces us to a more vibrant Makon whom we have missed for so long as the One Touch Entertainment singer and performer calls out his girlfriend for using him in their relationship.

The up tempo cords, danceable beats (produced by PhillBill Beatz and mixed by Master K) and clean video (directed by Dr. Nkeng Stephens) will sure give us the right reasons to love, dance and believe more in Cameroonian urban music.

Makon lastly dropped a song in November 2018 titled, ‘Bombey‘ (produced by Drae Boii and mixed by Akwandor). It was a beautiful song and a sweet video. The singer wants his music going mainstream and needs his fans to experience his diversity.

Working with Phillbill on this new song and getting Nkeng Stephens to bring the sound to visuals is just the best working trio.
