Mr. Leo weeps for Southern Cameroon “we pray for peace and dialogue”

Forget about Texas and New York, Mr. Leo is pouring his heart out to his fellow countrymen/women who have lost their lives or love ones during the ongoing social unrest in the English-speaking part of Cameroon.

The Alpha Better Records star says prayers for peace and dialogue could be the only way out!

Mr. Leo who is currently on tour in the USA, penned down a touching tribute to his brothers and sisters in the South West and North West Regions of Cameroon who have repeatedly marched peacefully on the streets protesting against a “frustrating” President Biya regime.

The famous singer did not only acknowledge that there’s a crisis eating up the peace of both regions but also assured Cameroonians that he’s convinced that everything will be better.

“My heart bleeds with mine. Whatever our degree of conviction that everything will be better, sometimes we cannot ignore the people’s cry. We have all seen it particularly in Buea and Bamenda. We pray for peace and dialogue and above all urgent action to wipe out the tears of the people.
I pray for the bereaved / bereaved families during this long period of trouble. I will support them hard in this painful ordeal that they are going through and I hope that the blood of their loved ones will not be paid in vain.
Rest in peace, all of you who have lost their lives since the beginning of this crisis in our country. That their sacrifices are not in vain. Mr.Leo.”
