Music group Rythmz launches #NoToArtistExploit campaign amidst reports of leaving Empire Company record label
A sad day for Pit Baccardi once again as another artist decides to leave his record label, Empire Company just two months after his main act, Magasco left to create his own label, B-Boy Records.
Music group, Rythmz has been throwing hints of their exit from Empire Company record label on Facebook after launching the ‘No To Artist Exploit’ campaign on March 31.

Rythmz signed a five year contract with Empire back in 2017 but are now wanting out only after two years on their contract.
An insider tells us the group claims the label hasn’t respected their side of the contract. “The label is yet to do what the group asked for when they got signed two years ago. They don’t see money or profits from their creative work and concerts… Their videos are yet to land on Trace Urban, to say the least. They have the right to leave while they can. I think this is a great idea,” explains the source.
One of the group members, Dianee (who doubles as producer, Phill Bill) took to his Facebook wall, this March to write the following:
There’s been no comment from Pit Baccardi on the alleged exit of Rythmz from Empire Company. Instead, he’s announced his partnership with Misima, Charlotte Dipanda‘s label.
The burning question now is, what does that contract say on Rythmz leaving the label before their 5-year contract comes to an end? Would Pit allow the group depart from the Empire without any issues? Was the group satisfied while under the label?
