Ramsey Nouah donates 200k CFA to Cameroon International Film Festival
Ramseh Nouah Jr. has proven once again his loyalty to the Cameroon International Film Festival by donating 200,000 francs CFA to help push the course forward.
The Nollywood superstar was dressed to impress in a red pant, black shirt at the CAMIFF closing gala and Award Show 2017 at the Mountain Hotel, Buea.
Those in attendance – including the Minister of Arts and Culture, Jean Narcisse Mouelle Kombi and Managing Director of Filmhouse Cinemas, Kene Mkparu – watched as Nouah matched other wealthy men’s pledges to financially support the Cameroon film industry.
The actor did so without fanfare and confirmed the donation despite some wondering if he was serious about the amount.
Nouah has spent six days in Cameroon meeting and greeting fans, participating and hosting film workshops and helping to raise funds for CAMIFF.
The actor also donated 500,000 francs CFA at the CAMIFF 2015.
