New Video: Ambe – Don’t Go Remix ft. Jovi Le Monstre
Ambe is back from his brief retirement from music with a new song, ‘Don’t Go Remix’, featuring rapper, Jovi Le Monstre.
The singer has dropped a surprise song this December, a remix to an old single, ‘Don’t Go’ and fans are busy asking how he managed to get Hip Hop star, Jovi Le Monstre on board for this one.
It’s no news that JOVI hasn’t featured on any other artist’s song in the past years, except the artists signed to his record label, New Bell Music. So, what made him drop a verse on Ambe‘s remix?
Maybe the #mbokogod couldn’t stand Ambe retiring from music at an early age. Lol. In a tweet on December 16, the ‘Rendez-Vous’ singer explains that his return to work had a lot to do with a phone call from Jovi.
“Old politicians go on retirement at 100 years old, but Government calls them back to service. no one complains but I go on early retirement in music and Jovi aka Visu calls me back… some people mad? Why Why Why Why Why? Pourquoi??”Ambe tweeted.
Back in September 2019, Ambe announced his retirement from music after the release of his second and last album, ‘Take Off’. The singer went on to say he was leaving music to try his hand/skill in acting.
Well, looks like it took the singer less than three months to change his mind.
