While Locko‘s victory seems to be moving on smoothly and swiftly with his fans (Lockomotives), Montess‘ victory didn’t sit well with so many people, including some of her music colleagues.
Alpha Better Records femcee, Askia and Stanley Enow‘s brother/maanger, Martin Enow are the latest celebrities to weigh in on the Montess-AFRIMA drama.
As we earlier reported, singer and songwriter, Salatiel slammed Montess’ victory at the music event last night writing that Locko deserved his win but “the other” person didn’t. Following suit was singer and video director, Adah Akenji who called out the award for not being fair.
Well, Martin Enow, whose superstar brother has a duet with Montess, fired back on his Facebook wall, Monday, November 13, saying he was quite surprised that a fellow artist would diss Montess for winning at an award he/she wasn’t even nominated for.
Above an hour later, Askia replied Martin’s post accusing the artist manager of clicking the dislike button on her group’s recently music released video – “Qu’est ce qui n’a pas Marche” – on YouTube.
Askia‘s boss, Salatiel had to have the last word… after allegedly been called out on Facebook by Martin. He wrote:
The last time Facebook got this brutal was when Blaise B reportedly slammed Tzy Panchak for “disgracing” Cameroon internationally with a bad performance at the AFRIMMA 2017, Dallas. Well, he claimed he was refering to Tzy and they later made.
