Cameroonian singer Daphne borrows Boy Tag on new song, ‘Alléluia’

Steven’s Music superstar, Daphne is teaming up with label mate and rapper Boy Tag on a new song titled, ‘Alléluia’ to drop January 31.

The famous Cameroonian singer is kicking off her new music year with a new song and two new videos, confirms her label, Stevens Music Entertainment.

Daphne chose ‘Alleluia’ as the title of her new song as an attempt to bring the church into the streets and clubs. She began singing in the church after all, and so it is only fair to deviate to religious themes in her music at the moment.

“My enemies listen up, you be think say ma own be dong finish… greatness is what I was made off, blessings abundant…. Yahweh le tour si tu a fait fort,” Boy Tag raps.

Looks like Daphne‘s new song [ft. Tag] is a continuation of her previous track, ‘Ne Lâches Pas’ because according to music producer, CFX, the singer is only saying how grateful she is for her successes.

“’Alleluia’ is the perfect follow up to ‘Ne Lâches Pas’. It’s what you get when you believe…success comes your way and you can praise the lord. Daphne is showing a lot of maturity in her songwriting and release choices,” CFX

‘Alleluia’ video is directed by Dr. Nkeng Stephens. Daphne will also be dropping the visuals to her already-released song, “Ne laches pas” on the same day, January 31.
