The 21st Edition of the Ecrans Noirs took place at the fabulous Palais de Congres, Yaounde from July 15 – 23.
The 2017 Edition opened its doors to both Cameroonian and International filmmakers who came in with great expectations and hope to win during the awards show.

According to this year’s juries, a good number of films were screened during the festival , giving the opportunity for filmmakers to interact as well as network during such screenings.
The closing ceremony took place on Saturday, July 23 and was hosted by Brice Albin (On Air Personality) and Nsang Dilong (Actress ) and witnessed the Attendance of top government officials, Diplomats and other movie stakeholders from across Cameroon and Africa.
