All hail the new Henny boy!

Singer, Locko has been unveiled as an official brand ambassador for Hennessy, a brand he’s been affiliated with over a while now.

The Cameroonian R&B/Afro-Pop singer has been spotted not once or twice downing shots of Hennessy in clubs and parties. So it’s only befitting that he was chosen to become the new face of the liquor brand in Cameroon.

The ‘Ndutu’ crooner revealed his new status as the new brand ambassador for cognac brand Hennessy by sharing the emotional news via his Instagram page  on July 1, with a picture of his cheque.

Locko‘s new endorsement deal comes only a day after he landed a major deal with Universal Music Africa as their new signee. He becomes the second Cameroonian artist to be signed to the global music house after rapper, Tenor.

The singer also took the opportunity to announce that his second album, after The Bridge, will be dropping by the end of this.
