L’Oréal Brandstorm Africa is a creation from the L’Oréal Brandstorm beauty campaign, the ultimate beauty innovation competition for students since 1992 with the mission to invent the professional salon experience for the future.

L’Oréal Brandstorm is an international business competition which aims at offering students a pedagogical and professional experience and the opportunity to work as a brand leader for a L’Oréal brand. The competition also gives teams of three students the chance to tackle a real business case and innovate new ideas for some of L’Oréal’s 24 international brands.

L’Oréal Brandstorm is been introduced to the African continent by Virginie Dias-Tagnon (Talent Director Africa for L’Oreal) and spearheaded in Africa by Luke Kendeck (Communications/Public Relations Director at Eaton Partnership); with the hope of finding and building creativity and innovation among young people. The competition deals with universities to get innovative minds who can create beauty products or ideas using local resources for a winning prize.

L’Oréal Brandstorm Africa is in partnership with Eaton Partnership, an award winning leading global public relations, public affairs firm whose knowledge, strategic insights, and innovative programs help drive strong corporate and brand reputations for its clients.
