Otto Akama, Managing Director of Makonjo Media, explains that this program is aimed at helping Christians and Muslims gain skills in technology that they can use to facilitate evangelism in their respective religions.
“The proliferation of religious organizations in our African communities has grown and continues to grow, with one mission – to evangelize and touch as many lives as possible. Yet, most of these religious bodies lack the necessary skill set and technology to realize this mission.
“It is against this backdrop that we decided to come up with a free-to-attend program that will help forge these skills, using the right technology to deliver the right results. At Makonjo, we believe in supporting others realize their goals, and we are proud to use our expertise in technology innovation to help churches and mosques touch the lives of many through evangelism.
“In line with our mission to create a truly digital Africa, we are also offering free career counselling to individuals who want to build a career in ICT but don’t know how to go about it, says Otto Akama
