Mr Leo visits Buea Central Prison “You don’t need the world to be able to give back”

Mr. Leo paid a special visit at the Central Prison, Buea over the weekend to spend quality time with prisoners, warders and police authorities as part of his philanthropic work.

The singer was joined by his Alpha Better Records label mates, Salatiel and Blaise B as well as music video director Dr Nkeng Stephens and his crew, event manager Prince Enobi and a host of others.

Mr. Leo did not only organize a football match between his team and the prisoners squad but also thrilled his audience with some of his hit tracks including “E Go Better” and “Jamais Jamais”.

“Nothing feels better… This is where I grew up, This is my Home… Buea Central Prison, Warddars barracks. This day I spent with them is one I won’t forget. Always wanted to do this but always hesitated cuz I thought i needed to bring so much until I told myself you don’t need to have the world to be able to give back,” Leo wrote on his Facebook wall.

There’s no word if the singer will make this visit an annual event but it was truly phenomenal and prisoners thought it was definitely a very kind gesture.
