Samuel Eto’o may have a closet full of expensive shoes but there’s one pair of slippers he received recently in Douala that will definitely make a difference.

The four time African Football Player of the Year winner was gifted with a custom made fur and leather slippers from the Shoes by Vidal company during his inauguration of the Samuel Eto’o Pavillon at the Laquintinie Hospital in Douala on May 8.

“The shoe is exceptional for a superstar. It’s priceless and has a sentimental value,” a rep at Shoes by Vidal described their phenomenal handy work to DCODED TV.

The slippers is made of genuine leather, lamb fur and gold buckle personalized for the great sportsman and fashion icon.

We went through Eto’o’s Instgram to check if he posted or said anything about his latest shoe collection, he hasn’t but from the huge smile of his face, we’re certain he was extremely grateful and pleased with his personalized gift.
