Is Syndy Emade under serious pressure to get married? This could be so true.

The sexy actress tells us getting married is definitely on her check list but she’s not under any pressure whatsoever to get married. However, she admits her mother could be thinking otherwise.

Syndy Emade has confessed to us that her upcoming blockbuster, “A Man for the Weekend” is a movie inspired partly, by her own life!

“What inspired the story was partly my life. The part where I get so drawn into work and fail to see what is rightfully in front of me , most a times in terms of relationships. So, 90% I’m always at work and forget to love or fail to see who is really loving me,” Syndy tells us. 

“A Man for the Weekend” is a movie based on a single lady who is all about her work and fails to get a man. But after so much pressure from her mother, reminding her not to forget about getting a man in her life, Candice Ayuk (played by Syndy Emade) decides to borrow a man for the weekend just to please her mother.

Relating the story to Syndy’s real life, the actress may have hinted that’s the kind of pressure her mama is also putting  on her.  But we are not so sure about that.

The “Rose on the Grave” producer further explains to us that her movie is not only about the single lady who has refused to love because of bad relationships in the past but its about linking her relationship to other people. Like involving failed marital relationships, pretentious relationships, and pressure from parents for their kids to get married.

“Its basically about parents who wouldn’t let their children speak out about the difficulties they face in their marriages because of their own notion about marriage and how it’s supposed to be,” says the star.

“A Man For The Weekend” premiers in Douala on October 28.
