Cameroon International Film Festival 2017 gears up for nomination party
A wide range of superstars from Cameroon and beyond are expected at this year’s Cameroon International Film Festival (CAMIFF) grand nominee party to be held at the W Cinemas, Buea Shopping Mall, Mile 16 on February 18.
Although its not clear which international stars will be gracing the event this year, the CAMIFF nominee party will be announcing and celebrating the top film makers for their achievements in the last two years.

The event is expected to draw the likes of Cameroon’s biggest movie makers including Syndy Emade, Ruth Nketi, Malvis-Ann Mohvu, Solange Yijika, Solange Ojong, Stephy Bants, Jeffery Epule, Nchifor Valerie, Frank Sire, Agbor Obed, Nkanya Nkwai and a host of others.
Back in 2015, CAMIFF hosted top Nollywood stars such as Ramseh Noah, Moses Inwang and so many others stars from India and other African countries for an entire week of film talk, workshops, movie premiers, wild parties and an award show. This year, something even better is planned.
“We are to correct all the mistakes we made from the first edition. We promise to keep all our guests entertained and informed about our film industry,” Agbor Gilbert Ebot, CEO of CAMIFF says.

Those nominated for CAMIFF 2017 will be announced on February 18.
