Popular Cameroonian TV series “Samba” wins big at the Golden Movie Awards Africa (GMAA).
“Samba” got a hard trick at 2017 GMAA out of four nominations. The award took place July 22 in Ghana.
The Brenda Elung produced series took home Best Actress (Ade Kelly) , Best TV Series and Best Actor (Libota McDonald). As well as a special jury appreciation.
“Kudos to the fantastic script writer PROXY, the amazing director ENAH John Scott, Achille Brice, Dr Ray, Delvis, Anurin, Jeffrey Epule, Nina Marie, Otia Vitalis, Nsang Dilong,……….and the entire SAMBA team once more for the hard work and determination. Even though we all could not be present, it was a blast with the warm and welcoming audience,” Brenda Elung
