Mr World Cameroon 2018 winner, Makala Nganda’s workout ab is clearly paying off!

The popular model and fitness trainer shows off his jaw-dropping washboard abs in a raunchy new picture while getting his fitness shoot at the Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua beach resort in Bandung, Indonesia on Saturday, August 17.

The young male model looks all smiles while posing beside the pool with his newly found Czech friend and fitness trainer , Jakub Kraus (Mr World Czech Republic 2019).

Both models are currently taking part in the 2019 Mr World Pageant in the Philippines.

Makala Courtez Nganda has been flaunting his sculpted six-pack through out the competition and he’s not shying away from fully committing to his workout routines while away from home.

Since arriving Manila, Philippines on August 6 for the #MrWorld2019 competition, the hunk has served different looks which show off his well-built manly physique.

Makala announced his arrival in Manila in a pair of slim-fit blue jeans and a black shirt while holding on to his country’s flag. Then the next day, he was in a brown coat over a white t-shirt and brown boots. He didn’t go through Day 2 without donning a sexy navy blue suit and tie before rocking a custom Beringi print suit on Day 3.

Over the weekend the model was in a well stitched camouflage shirt and black distressed jeans from Benchtm Clothing brand.

However, the athlete has been flaunting his well toned legs in sporty shorts and simple t-shirt while participating at several competitions conducted by the organizers.

Mr world 2019 pageant is scheduled to hold on Friday, August 23 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum, Metro Manila, Philippines.
